(ANSA) - TEHRAN, MARCH 06 - Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reached "good agreements" during the recent visit to Tehran by the agency's Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanania made it known, adding that the diplomatic activity fielded by the Islamic Republic has created an "atmosphere of hope" with the prospect of a resumption of talks, and the exchange of messages between Washington and Tehran, to relaunch the he 2015 nuclear deal known as the JCPOA.
Only yesterday, the spokesman of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization Behrouz Kamalvandi had denied, in an interview with Irna, some statements by the Director-General of the IAEA during the visit according to which an agreement has been found whereby Iran undertakes to restore operate surveillance cameras at numerous Iranian nuclear facilities and to allow IAEA inspectors greater access to its atomic sites.
