Season over for Neymar.
PSG's Brazilian striker "will undergo surgery in the next few days" on his right ankle in Doha and will remain away from the playing fields for an estimated period of "three to four months", announced the Parisian club.
Neymar was injured on 19 February during the Ligue 1 match against Lille, and "in recent years he has presented several episodes of instability of his right ankle" for which "the medical staff of Paris Saint-Germain have recommended repair surgery to the ligaments", in order to "avoid a serious risk of recurrence", specified the PSG, which estimates the period of unavailability at "3-4 months".
