(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 7 - We are moving towards a quick solution to allow the transfer of building credits accrued in 2022, but currently blocked in the bank approval process and with the March 31 deadline threatening their forfeiture (they must be registered by that date to the Revenue Agency).
According to what has been learned, the government would be ready, through a press release, to give a favorable opinion on the solution identified in recent days by the supervisor of the Superbonus decree, Andrea de Bertoldi (Fdi), which allows credit to be registered on the Revenue Agency platform from the moment in which is taken over by the bank.
Openings would also have emerged on free construction, on public housing and onlus, as well as on the sismabonus for which a derogation would be granted to stop the transfer of credits and the discount on invoices.
In the meantime, 300 amendments have been presented in the Finance Committee of the Chamber.
