The CSM has opened a file to protect all judges, starting with those of the Cassation, who have ruled on the case of Alfredo Cospito, the anarchist on hunger strike at 41 bis.
The Presidential Committee of Palazzo dei Marescialli has given the green light to the request presented by the councilors of the Independent Judiciary, according to which the magistrates have been the object of a "generic and generalized denigration" and a "widespread and indiscriminate delegitimization".
The file was assigned to the First Commission.
The initiative had been taken by the councilors Paola D'Ovidio, Maria Vittoria Marchiano', Maria Luisa Mazzola, Bernadette Nicotra, Edoardo Cilenti, Eligio Paolini, Dario Scaletta, after the confirmation of the 41 bis by the Cassation, welcomed by the cry of " assassins", "sold and served" by anarchists demonstrating in Piazza Cavour, and the comment of Cospito's defenders, who had defined the sentence as "a death sentence" the result of a "political choice".
The group had also censored the "expressions of strong criticism regardless of the evaluation of the analysis of the contents and the logical progression", following the sentence, calling into question Senator Luigi Manconi who had spoken of an "unfair verdict".

Another sixteen black blocs were identified, after having unloaded from a van parked in via Juvarra, near piazza Arbarello, large plexiglass shields with handles, which formed a banner, and wooden sticks.
The sixteen were reported for carrying objects capable of offending and resisting a public official.
Four anarchists, on the other hand, were accompanied to the police headquarters after the procession and were also reported for resisting a public official.
