Among the amendments to the Superbonus decree are those, all very similar, by FdI, FI, Lega, Pd, M5S, Noi moderates, Action/Iv, Greens and linguistic minorities which open up the possibility of offsetting with the F24, as requested by Abi and Reeds.
The model is not explicitly named but the amendments, if approved, would allow its use.
Two other amendments by FI and M5S instead provide for the possibility for banks to assign credits to public investees.
