It is not for nothing that the wines of the South of France are in the spotlight in this section.

These are the wines most suitable for our weather and also for the type of food we are used to eating.

The current section is dedicated to the wines of one of the most respected wineries in the south of the Rhone Valley - Yves Cuilleron, located in Chavany.

For all of Avi Efrati's wine lines,

the domain has belonged to the Quiron family since 1920 and since 1987 it has been managed by family member Yves.

The winery has 750 dunams and is the owner of plots in the best that the south of the Rhône Valley has to offer - Condrio, Cote Roti, Cruz Hermitage, Saint Joseph and more.

The winery advocates minimal intervention, letting the wonderful nature on the sun-scorched hills of southern France speak and most of its wines are produced with spontaneous fermentation.

In the current tasting there are several really great wines, including two excellent whites - Marsanne and Viognier;

A basic and unprivileged boat that provides tremendous value for money and also two higher ones, from the best of the genre - Cruz Hermitage and San Joseph, both from the 2020 vintage, which are very much worth purchasing, you can sip but you can also try to hold back with them.

All the wines are well suited for the early spring here, also for the summer that is soon to come.

for life!
