A, B, C, D, E, F... For six years, the Spring of Poets has followed the alphabet to determine its major theme.
After Ardor, Beauty, Courage, Desire, the Ephemeral, here is the Frontier.
The event celebrates its quarter century, and continues to flourish, everywhere in France, and beyond... borders.
And to embody this new edition, the godmother is Amira Casar who succeeds another actress, Marina Hands.
"Kurdish by her father, Russian by her grandmother, having grown up between England, Ireland and France, Amira Casar has nothing to do with borders", explains
Sophie Nauleau, the artistic director of the event, who starts today until March 27.
On this occasion, the actress will give an unpublished reading at the chapel of the School of Fine Arts, on March 20.
"I still touch the borders of a word and another country"
, is the title of this show.
Amira Casar will be accompanied by Marie-Suzanne de Loye and Rusan Filiztek.
