The

Green Craft Academy project rewarded by

the Dream for change jury, chaired by Maria Grazia Chiuri at Unesco.

Dior

Building the feminine of tomorrow today

Since her arrival at the head of the creation of the Dior brand in 2017, Maria Grazia Chiuri has strived to highlight female talents.

A desire that finds its echo within the company of the LVMH group, with a mentoring program instigated by Emmanuelle Favre, director of human resources.

Called “Women@Dior”, each year it allows young girls from all walks of life to have access to online courses on the subjects of sustainability, creativity and autonomy.

And to be accompanied in a social impact project of their initiative by members of the company.

In 2020, Dior is taking part in the UNESCO coalition for education and “Women@Dior” is setting up a competition called “Dream for change” to reward the most promising projects of the year.

This March 8,

the jury chaired by Maria Grazia Chiuri delivered its verdict and distinguished Green Craft Academy, which trains young Tanzanian women through eco-responsible entrepreneurial projects, and Sisterhood Abroad, which connects migrant women and Parisians who could guide them in their new life .

Two projects for which the director of human resources already sees concrete applications: “Beyond logistical support and our expertise, we plan to be able to use the production of the Green Craft Academy for Dior.

And why not train the members of Sisterhood Abroad in sewing skills.

And Emmanuelle Favre to conclude: “It would be a nice story”.

It will be written in the feminine.

Born in 2022, the Kenzo Memori collection is developing and welcomes an eighth olfactory memory: Encens Lumière.

The fragrance takes us back to Japanese tea houses where incense permeates the room.

We discover the sweet smell of freesia flowers and a note of saffron which gives the bottle a delicate orange color.

Composed of seven eaux de parfum, Kenzo Memori's olfactory journey comes in various bottles inspired by a flask of sake accompanied by a white pebble as a stopper.
