(ANSA) - BEIRUT, MARCH 10 - Saudi Arabia has just confirmed the agreement with Iran, mediated by China, for the resumption of bilateral relations between Riyadh and Tehran.
The Saudi government news agency Spa has published the tripartite Saudi, Chinese and Iranian press release presenting the details of the negotiation, which culminated in meetings held in Beijing from March 6 to today.
The press release also thanks the governments of Iraq and Oman for having contributed, since 2020, to facilitating meetings between Iranian and Saudi representatives in preparation for the agreement reached today.
