(ANSA) - MILAN, MARCH 10 - Sky Italia has illustrated to the unions an efficiency plan that will affect 1200 workers, called to choose between a voluntary incentived exodus, up to the capacity of the budget allocated by the company, and a professional reconversion towards the activities that will be re-internalised.
This was announced by the trade unions Slc-Cgil, Fistel-Cisl and Uilcom-Uil after a meeting with the CEO of Sky Italia, who presented them with the 2024-2025 plan, highlighting how a reorganization involving 1,200 people out of a 4,000 workforce "could become disruptive" if reconversion tools "are not used effectively".
