The location: near the cultural institutions in the capital

Guests and visitors of the hotel will be able to stay in a location close to the most important cultural institutions in the capital: the Jerusalem Theater, the Hansen House, the Islam Museum and the President's House.

This is a combination that enjoys peace above the green moon grove, with the huge advantage of proximity within a short walking distance to the city center, Emek Refaim, the station complex and places of entertainment.

The theater hotel offers for the first time in the capital the possibility of accommodation in huge suites, suitable for extended stays of families of businessmen, couples, delegations from abroad and more. In the hotel's vision, great emphasis was placed on an accurate response to high-level delegations, whose security and privacy requirements are at the top of their order of importance. The spa

area of the hotel will contain facilities that are offered to its guests and visitors, and include: an indoor pool next to a fully equipped gym and a yoga room. The treatment rooms will be managed under the French super brand CLARINS. There is also a cocktail bar in the lobby, a chef's restaurant that will operate in addition to the hotel restaurant, meeting rooms

, a wine room. Fully equipped, room service that will operate 24/7.

The management of the entire complex was entrusted to Sheldon Ritz, who was chosen as CEO. Ritz has extensive experience in managing first-class luxury hotels in Israel, in fostering relationships with embassy teams and hosting heads of state and government.

The design concept: modern-classic

In terms of design, elements, materials and uniform geometry were chosen for the facade of the hotel and the residences in a matching design that combines stone and brown aluminum, which corresponds with the facade of the Jerusalem Theater on Chopin Street.

The idea at the center of the architectural planning is characterized by a stepped structure that refers to the sloping slope towards the moon grove, which is located below the project in the south direction.

In the range between the hotel and the residences there is a system of inner Jerusalem courtyards, which constitute an additional internal view of the hotel and residence areas and a passage for pedestrians towards the residences and the entrances to the buildings.

The interior design was entrusted to Ari Shaltiel, according to him, "The design concept of the theater hotel is modern-classical that combines a monochromatic scale of golden brown tones, which correspond with the spiritual and mystical atmosphere of Jerusalem. The materials that dominate the design are iron, brass, wood and glass. Natural wild stone and Raphael marble interwoven with golden brown veins. In the public areas, segments of natural stone shells are used, with a rough texture that is a contrast to the modern and clean polished treatment. This creates an authentic feeling that illustrates my perception of the connection to Jerusalem and integrates with the rocks and vegetation that surrounds the hotel. The use of the polished marble floors in the rooms in combination Italian furniture upholstered in light shades and wood are designed to create an experience of detachment and calmness."
