A new massacre at sea after that of Cutro.
A new shipwreck of migrants whose budget is 30 people missing and 17 rescued.
Dramatic fate of the 47 people reported yesterday on a boat adrift in Libyan Sar waters.
The migrants had contacted Alarm Phone which in turn signaled the presence of the National Maritime Rescue Coordination Center in Rome, as well as the Maltese and Libyan ones.
The vessel was located in the Libyan Sar area about 100 miles off the coast of the North African country.
The boat was subsequently spotted by the Seabird aircraft which made a distress call by contacting the merchant ship Basilis L which headed towards the punt.
According to reports from the Italian Coast Guard, all the information has also been provided to the Libyan and Maltese authorities.

The Basilis L was unable to rescue the migrants due to the weather conditions.
For their part, the Libyan authorities, due to lack of availability of naval assets, asked for the support of the National Maritime Rescue Coordination Center in Rome which sent an emergency satellite message to all ships in transit.
Four merchant ships were therefore found on the spot.
During the transhipment operations on the Froland motor vessel, the small boat capsized: 17 people, including two injured who will be taken to Malta, managed to get on board, while about 30 fell into the water.
The fifteen survivors, after the stopover in Malta of the two wounded, will reach Italy aboard the motor vessel while the search operations for the missing continue with the
aid of the merchant ships present in the area and with the overflight of two Frontex aircraft.
"The rescue intervention took place - explains the Coast Guard in a note - outside the Italian Sar area of responsibility, recording the inactivity of the other National Maritime Coordination and Rescue Centers involved by area".
A tragic epilogue to a story that took place in 24 hours.

The people on board, according to the NGOs, immediately appeared in difficulty, panicked: "they scream on the phone and we have difficulty communicating with them".
For the migrants then, according to Alarm Phone, the night was spent in anguish and fear also in the light of the fact that the small boat, for many hours, was unable to get in touch with the non-governmental organization.
Only at the crack of dawn did the migrants manage to re-establish communications.
Alarm Phone on what happened attacks Italy in no uncertain terms.
"The authorities - claims the humanitarian organization - knowingly delayed the rescue and left them to die".
The news of the new shipwreck in the Mediterranean, as expected,
has forcefully entered the political debate also because it arrives a few days after the Cutro affair.
The Foreign Minister, Antonio Tajani, affirms that "we must never exploit what happens. I am convinced, knowing the Coast Guard, the Italian Navy and the Guardia di Finanza, that these men of the sea never leave anyone without help'' The opposition goes on the attack.
For the Pd secretary, Elly Schlein is "a shame for Italy and for Europe, we can no longer see the Mediterranean reduced to a large open-air cemetery" while the members of the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra affirm that the boat had "been reported yesterday evening and which the Italian government asked to go back and the Libyan coast guard to intervene, result: more lives drowned at sea. Minister Piantedosi, who coordinates these operations, is a disgrace to Italy and we ask for it resignation".
And from the EU comes the attack of the EU Socialists and Democrats (S&D).
"Another avoidable catastrophe that shows the real lack of humanity and compassion in the Meloni government", writes President Iratxe Garcia Perez on Twitter.
