A postal customer leaves a beer and a note for the delivery person because he's so angry

Anger notes to deliverers are not uncommon.

A disappointed customer, on the other hand, tries the gentler route – and the alcoholic one.

Berlin – Oh, oh, someone got stinky!

The fact that customers are occasionally plagued by a certain dissatisfaction with delivery services is nothing new, and this is repeatedly evident in notes posted publicly on the Internet.

A postal recipient in Berlin has now also left a note.

But this is extremely unusual.

And she's stuck to a bottle of beer.

The photo shows the Instagram page "Notes of Berlin", it is said to have been taken in Friedrichstrasse.

"Dear postman!": Unusual reaction from a customer

“Dear postman!” the note begins.

On which it is not entirely clear whether it is aimed at a postman or at a parcel service like DHL, probably the latter.

And so he goes on: "You have to tell me over a beer why you rang my bell yesterday, let the door be opened and then put a notification in my mailbox.

Bottom up!

PS: I live on the 1st floor.”

The note is always creative – as was a noise complaint recently, which, however, was not the fine English way.

But the words to the postman always sound friendlier than a rant.

Did he see her at all?

Did he take the beer with him?

Or even rang the bell to discuss the difficulties of a deliverer on the 1st floor - who really doesn't have it easy - over a drink that must have been well chilled given the temperatures?

“A non-postal offer”: a note sent to the post office causes funny reactions

All of this has not been handed down.

But in addition to around 3,000 likes, numerous comments are collected in the first three hours.

Dozens of “likes” were collected for this suggestion of an addition: “You are welcome to bring a colleague with you for a third opinion.

Don't forget your skat cards." Others also joke: "A non-postal offer" and "Try it with a box."

A plausible explanation for the parcel carrier's action is then quickly ready: "Because the parcel could not be delivered last time.

The parcel carriers then send the notification by post because they did not come to the house.

So why go up when the mailbox is down!?”

Others use the Insta-Posting to complain about their own suffering with the parcel services: "Hermes-Versand sends me a few days later a letter 'unfortunately we couldn't find your address' (that's why the letter is sent to the same address delivered).

The package is then reliably left somewhere at the other end of the city in a hairdresser or something and you wait until someone calls the 0180 “service” number to tell you.” Others have also had negative experiences.

As always, if a package has arrived clean, nobody writes about it on the net.

And there are also heroes among the deliverers: One turned out to be an animal lover and left cat owners with an important tip.
