"Animation is cinema, it's not a genre, it's ready for the cutting edge. Keep animation alive in your discussions. I dedicate this Oscar to the love of my life, my wife, my children, my mum and dad who never I'm more," said Mexican Del Toro, favorite on the eve of the Oscar for the film based on Collodi's novel.
