Even Russia would have tried to influence the decisions of the European Parliament, bribing some of its members.
This was revealed by the Polish prime minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, in an interview with the i.pl portal and reported by the Polish press agency (Pap).
The Polish Interior Ministry "will soon reveal documents" showing how "Russian secret services bribed members of the European Parliament," the premier said, adding that the information concerned several MEPs, but none of Polish nationality.
