The rain that fell since yesterday (Monday) throughout the country, caused the streams to flow again after weeks of summer heat that arrived too early.

Most of us thought winter was over, and here it is making a great comeback and giving nature a few more days of wet grace.

Most of the streams that benefited from the recent rain are in the Arava.

For example, Nahal Grofit in the southern Arava received its first flows.

The animals in the nature reserve Chai Bar Yatbata on the prairie also benefited from many rains, and the rams, the goats and other animals enjoyed the surprising rain.

This is also the first rain for the ram calves born this year in the reserve.

A cloud drifting phenomenon was recorded in the Ramon Crater by Jamil Atrash from the Nature and Parks Authority, something that is usually seen at sunrise in autumn and summer, but also appeared this morning in the Great Crater in Israel.

The guests at "Zman Arava" in the Tzukim communal settlement in the Middle Arava, also woke up to a tremendous surprise - spectacular flows in Nahal Zoper, right next to the suites.

In Arava, they hope for a lot of rain to flow the streams and fill the aquifers.

Light rain, with pauses, was also observed in the northern region of the Middle Arava, in the settlement of Idan, and also a rainbow in a patch between the clouds.
