who in recent years has become a lifestyle guru and even founded a brand in the field of wellness, caused a new storm on the Internet after she spoke in an interview to a podcast where she was a guest about her diet and training routine, and was accused by surfers of sending harmful messages.
During the interview for the podcast The Art Of Being Well, parts of which also went up on Tiktok, the star talked about her daily wellness routine, during which she intermittently fasts, eats something in the morning that "will not raise the blood sugar level", and at lunch at 12 o'clock she likes eat bone broth
In the evening, she eats according to the paleo diet she adheres to as part of the detoxification she is conducting.
