The Russian Wagner Brigade Group has instituted a bounty on Defense Minister Guido Crosetto
.
This is what was communicated to the minister himself about ten days ago, after a report from the Italian intelligence services.
As far as we know, his stock would not have been increased.
According to what Il Foglio writes, which anticipated the news,
the bounty would be around 15 million dollars.
Last Monday, Crosetto had declared that "
the exponential increase in the migratory phenomenon that departs from the African coasts is also, to a considerable extent, part of a clear strategy of hybrid warfare that the Wagner division,
mercenaries in the pay of Russia, is implementing, using its relevant weight in some African countries".
The head of Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, replied that "Crosetto should look less in other directions and deal with his problems, which he has probably not been able to solve. We are not aware
of what is happening with the migration crisis, we do not know we take care of it,
we have a lot of our own problems to take care of',
and called the minister 'mudak', a term which in Russian corresponds to a heavy
insult.
