50 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

The preparation of the avocado mousse au chocolate is so easy and quick
To melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler, place the chocolate in a small bowl and place over a saucepan of hot water.
Make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Let the water simmer on low.
Heat the chocolate, stirring, until melted and smooth.
Blend the melted chocolate with the remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth, or alternatively use a whisk (this will take a little longer).
Spoon the mousse into four or six serving glasses or bowls, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Martini glasses are recommended for an impressive presentation.
To decorate, use a small sieve to sprinkle some cocoa powder over the mousse before serving.
Are your avocados from the supermarket not quite ripe yet?
No problem - you can speed up the ripening process of your avocados with a bit of newspaper.
