The designer posted a video on Instagram where she shows herself, in the company of her husband, performing exercises to strengthen their abdominal girdles.

A solid duo.

Victoria Beckham posted Thursday, March 16, on her Instagram account, a video of physical exercises performed with her husband, ex-professional footballer David Beckham.

Posh Spice demonstrates tenacity there, showing, with an impassive face, an implacable routine, certainly one of the secrets of her figure.

We can thus see the couple lying on the ground in a training room, their bodies in opposite directions, and their heads close together, holding their forearms in mutual support to perform the exercise.

Everyone then raises their legs alternately, obviously without putting them on the ground, in order to strengthen their abdominal muscles.

This is one of the most physically demanding bodybuilding exercises.

Victoria Beckham is wearing a tight lycra outfit for the occasion, consisting of a crop-top and black leggings.

David, meanwhile, wears a cap, sponge bracelets on his wrists and black shorts, leaving his bare chest and his numerous tattoos visible.

“Happy Mondays Thursday” commented the fashion designer in her caption, probably pointing out that the test is not the most pleasant, and also adding that the music heard is from the playlist of her dear and loving husband.

The video ends with a close-up of the latter's face, sporting a slightly grimacing smile, again emphasizing the necessary arduousness of the moment.
