(ANSA) - PARIS, MARCH 18 - For security reasons, the prefecture of Paris has prohibited gatherings in Place de la Concorde and on and around the Champs-Elysées, where a new protest against the pension reform was planned, after the incidents that broke out yesterday in sign of protest against the appeal to art.
49.3 of the Constitution to bypass Parliament.
"People who attempt to regroup will be systematically evicted by the police" and may be fined, reads the note issued by the prefecture.
