UBS has reached an agreement to buy Credit Suisse.
The Bloomberg agency reports it, quoting some sources, according to which the agreement is valued at around 2 billion Swiss francs.
UBS had previously offered $1 billion, the Financial Times reported, citing sources.
Transaction entirely in securities.
But, according to Bloomberg, Credit Suisse would have been against the offer.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Swiss central bank has offered UBS a $100 billion liquidity facility as part of the deal to buy Credit Suisse
