(ANSA) - MILAN, MARCH 20 - The Ethos Foundation, representing Swiss pension funds, complains that the shareholders of UBS and Credit Suisse "will not be able to vote" in the meeting on the merger and that in the future all Swiss customers will have to deal " with the risks of a dominant position" of UBS in the Swiss market.
"All options will be examined in the coming days, including legal ones, to determine who is responsible for this debacle," says Ethos, who promises to "continue to defend the interests" of shareholders and calls for the spin-off of Credit Suisse's Swiss operations, to reduce redundancies and maintain a "healthy competition".
