(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 20 - "The terrible shipwreck off Calabria was a vivid reminder of the urgency of our action. A fair and lasting solution is only possible through a European and balanced approach. We can achieve more goals if we act together".
This is what the president of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen writes in a letter addressed to the 27 on progress on the migration dossier in view of the European Council.
The Commission, announces von derLeyen, 'in 2023 is ready to mobilize an additional 110 million euros to the 208 already committed to anti-trafficking cooperation". (ANSA).
