Nova Coop's Novapoints are born for the needs of families.
A new reception point model that provides information and dispenses all the main services offered by the cooperative, such as contracts for telephone and electricity and gas utilities or insurance solutions and for managing one's savings.
The Novapoints - Centro Servizi Coop have been operational since Monday 20 March, in all 61 Nova Coop stores in Piedmont and in the 3 in upper Lombardy, with the aim of meeting the needs of families who will be able to take advantage of the shopping moment to take care of other tasks without going elsewhere.
A service extended to the entire network of points of sale where there is specially trained personnel, the Financial Services & Utilities specialists.
At Novapoints it is possible to activate CoopVoce mobile telephone services, subscribe to Nova Aeg Enercasa Coop contracts and UnipolSai insurance offers with special advantages for Nova Coop members, but also activate the Social Loan and thus become a Nova Coop lending member.
The Novapoint staff, also active online, is made up of 19 specialists assisted by a coordinator and a network of other 140 professionals from the cooperative.
