targeted cuts
" as part of the fight against the pension reform, the day after its adoption in Parliament.

We will also continue to go towards cuts, targeted cuts, what we call energy sobriety, because that, in itself, means attacking capital, those who govern us, those who are for the law
”, declared the secretary general of the FNME-CGT, Sébastien Menesplier, during a visit Tuesday morning on the picket line of the nuclear power plant of Gravelines (North).

Since the beginning of the conflict, the strikers in the sector have multiplied power cuts, against parliamentary offices - up to that of the President of the Senate Gérard Larcher - or the homes of political leaders, but also on a larger scale.
