(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 21 - In 2022, Poste Italiane thwarted fraud attempts for around 50 million euros, managing over one million reports.
These are the data released by Poste on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Fraud Prevention Center.
Also in 2022, thanks to the prevention action, in the payment card segment the incidence of fraud against Poste customers decreased by 50%, equal to 0.0015% of the total, in contrast with the 90% increase recorded in the same period worldwide.
