platform from 2022.

High annual gross salary – management consultancy pays its employees the most
Looking at the sectors represented in the ranking, it is noticeable that management consultancies are represented above all.
Strategy& comes in first, with an average annual gross income of 118,800 euros.
Apart from the management consultancy Roland Berger with an annual gross salary of 102,100 euros, the other management consultancies in the ranking are below the 100,000 euro mark.
Additional bonuses are also not uncommon in this industry, just like in the automotive industry.

Oliver Wyman is also an international consulting company and offers its employees an average annual gross salary of 98,100 euros.
