Irma Testa's journey continues at the Women's Boxing World Championships in New Delhi.
The Italian, European champion and bronze medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, reached the semifinals in the 57 kg category by beating the Brazilian Jucielen Romeu 5-0.
The next obstacle towards the final is the French Zidani.
The other Italian athlete Sirine Chaarabi also advances to the semifinals, who in the 52 Kg, in the quarterfinals won 5-0 over the Mongolian Oyuntsetseg and will now face the Japanese Kinoshita to access the final.
