The extension of the deadline for single-family homes, which had carried out at least 30% of the work by 30 September last, could go as far as 30 September, to conclude the expense and deduct it, benefiting from 110%.

The extension until 30 June is contained in an amendment to the superbonus decree which has a favorable opinion but the government has reserved itself on a series of other amendments which will arrive until 30 September and which it is not excluded that they may have a green light when at 13 the House Finance Committee will meet again.

A solution on the release of the transfers of superbonus credits relating to the expenses of 2022 could arrive during the day:

the hypothesis circulating in these hours is that of postponing the deadline from 31 March to 30 November for the presentation of the relative communication to the Revenue Agency with a fine of 250 euros.

During the meeting of the House Finance Committee, where the provision is being discussed, an amendment on the matter was in fact announced.

In the meantime, a package of 8 reformulations from the government arrived in the morning on the issues on which mediation was found yesterday: from the earthquake bonus to free building to the guaranteed discount and transfer for Iacp, non-profit organizations and architectural barriers.

Still under study, however, the issue of the release of problem loans.
