(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 22 - The extension of the deadline for single-family homes, which had carried out at least 30% of the works by 30 September last, could go as far as 30 September, to complete the expenditure and deduct it, benefiting from 110%.
The extension until 30 June is contained in an amendment to the superbonus decree which has a favorable opinion but the government has reserved itself on a series of other amendments which will arrive until 30 September and which it is not excluded that they may have a go-ahead when at 1pm the Finance Committee of the Chamber will come back to reunite.
