(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 22 - La Sapienza University is confirmed as first in the world in Classical Studies and Ancient History for the third consecutive year: in fact, it obtains a score of 98.7 and is first in Italy in two thematic areas: "Arts and human sciences" and "Natural Sciences", respectively at 41st and 44th place worldwide.
The University also boasts 14 national records in Ancient and Classical History, Archaeology, Art History, Physics and Astronomy, Library and Information Management, Psychology and more.
New in the 2023 ranking is the entry to History of Art.
