(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MARCH 22 - 411 billion dollars are needed for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.
It is an estimate released today by the World Bank (WB), the United Nations, the European Union and the Ukrainian government.
As the fighting continues, these organizations and institutions predict an immediate need for $14 billion this year to make "critical and priority investments" to kick-start reconstruction.
