Cars: Metsola, 'no about-face, it would damage confidence'

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 23 - "We need legislative predictability".

The provision on cars "had completed its process. We cannot go back on the agreements because it would damage the trust between ico-legislators and the credibility of the legislative process".

This was underlined by the president of the Eurochamber Roberta Metsola in a conference speaking of the stop to polluting cars from 2035.
