(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 23 - It is above all the Regions that block renewables in Italy, not authorizing plants that have already received the go-ahead from the government.
In 2022, only 1% of photovoltaic plant projects obtained the go-ahead from the Regions, while no wind plant was authorised.
In this way the simplifications and blockages of the procedures adopted by the Draghi and Meloni governments in the last year are thwarted.
This is what emerges from the Legambiente report "Checkmate for renewables", presented at the K.EY energy transition fair in Rimini.
