Rei and Rdc, only 8% of recipients work or train

The recipients of the support to combat poverty, the Rei and then the Citizenship Income, had only minimal access to an activation service towards employment.

It emerges from a research by Inapp on a sample of recipients of the subsidy according to which it takes over 4 months for them to be taken over by social services and employment centres.

"The offer of work and training activities for the beneficiaries of the Rdc - we read - is the sore point. Only a share between 3% and 8% depending on the service, believes that the measure has produced results in terms of work and training activation".
