Now it's official: Bayern Munich has decided to part ways with their coach Julian Nagelsmann and replace him with Thomas Tuchel, who has signed a contract until the summer of 2025. This was announced by the Bavarian club in a note published on its website .
Tuchel will have his first training session with the team on Monday.
Transferred to Bavaria in the summer of 2021 from RB Leipzig for an estimated sum of between 20 and 25 million euros, Nagelsmann, under contract until the summer of 2026, "is suspended from his duties by the Bayern management", specifies the club.
Assistant coaches Dino Toppmöller, Benjamin Glück and Xaver Zembrod are also leaving together with Nagelsmann.
