Thus the spokeswoman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mao Ning, on the hearing dedicated to the national security of the CEO of TikTok, Shou Zi Chew, in Congress.
"So far, the US government has not provided evidence to show that TikTok threatens national security, but has repeatedly assumed guilt and unreasonably suppressed the companies concerned," Mao said.
