Venezuela: new ambassador to the Holy See designated

(ANSA) - CARACAS, MARCH 24 - The Venezuelan government today appointed diplomat Carlos Eduardo García García as the new head of mission to the Holy See, replacing Carlos TorresParra, the Foreign Ministry in Caracas reported via social networks.

    "Venezuela has designated diplomat Carlos Eduardo García García as new head of mission to the Holy See," the Venezuelan embassy to the Vatican reported in a message via Twitter.

    In it he also stated that "with our experience and our commitment we will continue to advance in strengthening international relations through Bolivarian peace diplomacy".
