"I don't like the weird, vague 'hero worship' culture of the surgeons who do a lot of these surgeries," Killeen added, "I think it has a weird 'yuck' factor. I would never, ever do that."
The death rate from a Brazilian butt lift — in which surgeons use fat from other parts of the body to change the size and shape of the buttocks — is about 1 in 15,000, according to a 2020 study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.

Killeen stated that she would not do an upper lip lift either.
"We all understand it, we want a bigger upper lip, but the scar is not worth it, in my opinion," she reasoned about the procedure, which involves removing skin between the nose and the upper lip.
"I can see it in every patient, even those who claim their scars are invisible. I can see it, I don't like it. Everyone knows what you did. It's not for me."
She also shared that she didn't like that the procedure might "turn the wet part of the red lip out and cause a kind of weird permanent, scaly upper lip texture."

Killin also opposes the procedure for slanting eyes (also called the "fox eye") and notes that this is a "trend that is probably going to go out of fashion in a few years."
In the procedure, the skin near the outer corner of the eye is pulled back toward the temple with degradable sutures.
"Teach how to get your brow to do this thing on its own by shaving the tip. Work on your eye makeup techniques," she suggested.

Breast augmentation with fat transfer is another procedure Keelynn says she's had, but wouldn't have done herself.
"I know I do a lot of breast fat grafting, but if you need that much fat in your breast to do what you want to do, you're just at a higher risk of complications like cysts and fat necrosis, or contour distortions where you've had extra fat," she explained. Killeen, "Fat just doesn't have the structure of an implant or breast tissue, so you end up with a kind of looser-looking breast—and I would just never do that.

Rhinoplasty is also on Killeen's no-go list because it can be followed by "a year of swelling and ... unexpected scarring."
To top off the list, Killeen also recommended avoiding a thread facelift, which involves placing threads under the skin to pull it into place.
"It's not surgery, but it's a procedure I would never do - a wire lift anywhere," she declared, "They look fine when you're static. When you're in motion, you can see the wires pulling. There are all kinds of weird complications, too."
Plastic surgery has become more and more popular in recent years - with even young Gen Zers turning to more cosmetic surgery than ever before.
In fact, 75% of plastic surgeons reported seeing an increase in clients under the age of 30, according to data published last month by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, indicating a "consistently rising rate over the past five years."
