(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 25 - The Ministry of Economy and Finance, with reference to the shareholders' meeting of BancaMonte dei Paschi di Siena convened for Thursday April 20, as owner of 64.23% of the capital, proceeded to deposit with the headquarters the following list for the appointment of the new Board of Directors and for the new board of statutory auditors.

The list for the board includes Niola Maione for the presidency and Luigi Lovaglio for the position of CEO.
