, who was injured after slipping from a 15-meter waterfall during filming in Seychelles, first commented on the accident on his Instagram account.
In the story he published last night (Saturday), Lewis wrote about the difficult days he is going through.
"Hey friends, first of all I'm fine. Thank you very much for all the concern and the incomprehensible love. I'm lucky and survived by a miracle. Now the surgeries are behind me with a lot of pain, but I'm strong and I'll come back even stronger. I promise to share what happened and what the future holds for me in a moment I will recover."
Finally, Lewis referred to the demonstrations and the upheaval the country is going through in light of the legal revolution.
"My heart is with our people and I hope we will all see together good days of love, health, sanity and unity."
