The complaint was made by another inmate of the Bouwer prison, where the reference of the business holding is detained. The curious background that went viral.

The Justice of Córdoba denounced this Monday that it detected

an

alleged escape plan

devised by

Leonardo Cositorto,

leader of the Generación Zoe company, to escape from the Bouwer prison, where he has been detained for almost a year accused of fraud and illicit association.

The complaint came

through another inmate

of said prison complex, located on the outskirts of the ca

pital mediterranean, which communicated with the Villa María prosecutor's office to warn about the maneuver that the company's benchmark would like to carry out.

Cositorto has been detained in pretrial detention since April of last year, accused of being the leader of

a business holding company based on a Ponzi-type scheme,

which would have kept the savings of thousands of savers in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and United States among other countries.

When the prosecutor Juliana Companys - who is handling the Villa María case - went to look for him, he had left the country.

He ended up appearing in the Dominican Republic, where he was arrested for a collaboration with Interpol and

after spending more than a month on the run.

Since then, the case has advanced by investigating the role of Cositorto and the rest of those involved in the company.

In addition to Córdoba, it also has causes in Corrientes, Salta and Buenos Aires.

The ontological coach always maintained that

it was a "breach of contract"

and complained against the preventive detention that was locked.

A transfer request, a health problem and a history that aroused suspicion

As confirmed by the Cositorto environment, at the end of last year a tumor similar to a nodule

, almost four centimeters, was detected

in the upper part of the left lung, for which they had to do a puncture biopsy.

Cositorto claimed from that moment that it

be carried out in Buenos Aires

, in a private clinic that he would pay out of his own pocket.

From the Villa María prosecutor's office they insisted that it be carried out in Córdoba.

"I want to be treated in a private hospital and paid out of pocket and where I also have friends and family who can help me and take care of me because a lung operation has a postoperative period," said the coach himself, as quoted by the newspaper La Voz del Interior.

"We had an audience with the head of the Villa María service and they authorized the transfer. We had a clinic reserved in Buenos Aires, but the turn was lost due to the comings and goings," Guillermo Dragotto, Cositorto's lawyer in the province, explained to

Clarín

.

At the moment, said transfer had no confirmed date or day.

"But it was authorized,"

she says.

However, in the last few hours, a complaint from another Bouwer inmate came to the provincial prosecutor's office, who stated that

Cositorto wanted to take advantage of said transfer to escape

, as

Clarín

was able to confirm .

The complaint, of which no further information was released, comes in the middle of a week where a video from

Cositorto's file went viral on social networks,

in which he said that

he had escaped from two other hospitals

, Durand and Fernández, prior to at the beginning of the pandemic.

"When I came to Argentina I ended up hospitalized and I escaped from two hospitals. Don't come to me and talk about the pandemic, I was the first isolated from the pandemic, I don't know if because I was crazy or Covid-19. But I escaped from two

hospitals

" , says Cositorto in a video that was rescued by computer scientist Javier Smaldone.

However, after the viralization of this background, Cositorto himself came out to respond and expand the information.

It was during an interview on the radio program of journalist Rafael de Martino, where he has a weekly column from the Bouwer prison.

There Cositorto told his version of both hospital escapes.

"They took me to a place with no spare parts for needles, people were dying, oxygen masks were not working.

Let (Smaldone) help denounce the lack of supplies in Durand.

The last clinic I escaped from, Fernández, was because they put a needle in my neck six times and they couldn't find the vein," he said.

According to his complaint, on that last occasion he was caught by an intrahospital bacterium.

"

I fell due to bilateral pneumonia.

The care is terrible. I preferred to go home," she closed.

The concrete thing is that Cositorto's lawyers were not aware of the complaint of an escape plan.

"We have not been informed of any complaint against him. We have not learned of anything. It calls my attention," they said.

"Here is a medical issue for which we have the authorization of the prosecutor," they closed.
