(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 27 - The president of the PNA, Gianfranco Pagliarulo, filed the complaint with the criminal court of Rome "against all the subjects who on 19 March 2023 were in the Curva Nord of the Olympic Stadium in Rome and who took part in anti-Semitic chants, whose identification is requested, for the crime of propaganda and instigation to commit a crime for reasons of racial, ethnic and religious discrimination referred to in article 604-bis of the penal code and for all the crimes that the Authority Judicial will want to recognize in the facts exposed".
That day, recalls the partisans' association, "the chants against the Jews were renewed in four different moments with the addition of a self-styled fan with a T-shirt with the Hitlerson inscription. It was yet another proof of conduct by a clear Nazi and fascist tenor, in addition anti-Semitic, having been preceded by other episodes of similar gravity. It is now up to the judiciary to take exemplary measures".
