The Council of Ministers is convened for tomorrow at 17 at Palazzo Chigi.
Among the measures on the agenda, there are also the new decree law with support for households and businesses for bills, the annual draft law for competition, the one for the prohibition of production and marketing of synthetic food and feed, and the legislative decree on the Procurement Code, for which the definitive examination is awaited.

According to reports, the preparatory meeting of the Council of Ministers will be held tomorrow morning.
On the pre-council agenda, in addition to the bill decree, also the competition bill, the legislative decree for the new Procurement Code (which awaits the final ok) but also a bill to stop synthetic foods.
In fact, the agenda also includes a bill "containing provisions for the prohibition of the production and placing on the market of synthetic food and feed", as well as some ratifications of international agreements.
Towards 1.1 billion for health payback in bills
A solution for health payback is on the way, for around 1.1 billion euros:
according to what has been learned, the bills decree expected in the Council of Ministers should also contain measures on payback for medical devices.
The deadline for companies in the biomedical sector to pay the outstanding balance (about 2.2 billion) was set at 30 April with the Milleproroghe decree.
