The surveillance court of Milan has rejected the request of the defense of Alfredo Cospito and therefore the anarchist remains at 41 bis in the protected ward of the San Paolo in Milan.
In the provision, the supervisory judges rejected the request "for deferment of the sentence in the form of home detention and that of permanent placement in the protected medicine department of the San Paolo hospital in Milan".
