The "Reklamation24" portal publishes customer complaints and reviews of all companies, such as furniture stores, shipping service providers or supermarkets and discounters such as Kaufland and Lidl.

Among other things, the portal now publicly shares a list of the companies that received the most complaints about unfriendly employees in 2022.

Both the winner and other "placed" are well-known businesses, reports echo24.de.

The sad winner is, even by far, a discounter.

"Then go to Netto," says the advertisement.

But some customers may have already lost that, because Netto comes off worst in the ranking with the unfriendliest employees.

In 2022, the discounter will receive around 1,097 complaints about unfriendly employees on the complaints website.

According to the evaluation, the employees in the company are particularly rude.

According to its own statements, "Reklamation24" has more than 250,000 users who submit more than 10,000 complaints about companies each month.

Hermes in third place - grocery store Aldi not in the top ten

Also on the podium: the discounter Lidl.

With only half as many complaints as its competitor Netto, but still in second place with 507 reports.

Hermes took third place with 307 negative reports.

But while Kaufland reached seventh place with 218 reports, Aldi did not even make it into the top ten.

15 percent of all complaints about unfriendly employees

According to “Reklamation24”, complaints about unfriendly, disrespectful or sometimes even aggressive employees make up 15 percent of all complaints received in 2022.

However, the statistics do not show why the employees in the shops are in a particularly bad mood or behave rudely towards customers.

It is important to remember that the ratings are always based on subjective, individual assessments.

What preceded the reviews is not checked.

But bad pay or problems in the hierarchies of companies can also cause resentment in the workforce, which is then reflected in the mood of the employees.

The employees of companies like Audi probably cannot complain about their salaries.
