Young fashion designer Catherine Marie Gallagher was found dead in her apartment on the Lower East Side of New York on July 24 last year.
Her mysterious death was under police investigation and last Friday it was officially announced that Gallagher was murdered using a lethal cocktail consisting of fentanyl and other drugs.

Police believe the designer was the victim of a robbery, in what detectives believe may be related to a pattern of at least 26 drug-related robberies in the area.
Police are investigating whether her death is linked to Kenwood Owen, 33, a gang member who was arrested last year and charged with the overdose murders of two Lower East Side club patrons.
