The draft bill decree in 22 articles

From the reduced VAT on gas to the renewal of the social bonus, but also rules on healthcare, with payback and measures to combat violence against doctors and nurses, and on the taxman with the modification of the terms for the facilitated settlement of tax disputes.
These are some of the measures contained in the 22 articles of the draft of the new bill decree expected this afternoon in the council of ministers.
More time to heal formal errors and repentance

This is what is foreseen in a draft of the new bill decree which modifies the calendar of the tax truce introduced by the budget law.
Postponement of seven months (from 31 March to 31 October 2023) the date for the first installment to regularize irregularities, infringements and non-compliance with obligations or fulfilments, of a formal nature, committed up to 31 October 2022. For the special amendment on returns validly presented for the tax period ending 31 December 2021 and earlier, the first installment will be postponed from 31 March to 30 September.

The 5% VAT cut on gas is extended for the second quarter of the year and is also extended to district heating and thermal energy produced with methane.

The general system charges on gas are zeroed for the three months April-June, while the contribution introduced in favor of consumers is reduced up to 5,000 cubic metres.
"In consideration of the reduction in wholesale natural gas prices, - reads the text - the negative rates of the UG2C tariff component applied to consumption brackets up to 5,000 cubic meters per year are confirmed only for the month of April 2023, in amount equal to 35% of the value applied in the previous quarter".
The draft does not mention electricity charges,
hitherto eliminated.
They should therefore come back into effect from the next tariff update.
From coin-operated doctors to nurses, anti-deficiency rules in the CDM
- A draft decree, today in the CDM, provides for recognition of emergency and emergency medicine doctors, anticipating an increase in the indemnity that was scheduled for next year.
This was explained by the Undersecretary of Health Marcello Gemmato.
"The provision, which is having the financial coverage assessments to which it is bound, is expected to limit the use of coin-operated doctors, placing a ceiling on their remuneration and increasing overtime for public structured doctors".
Technicians are seeing an increase in overtime from 60 to 100 eros per hour.
Interventions are also planned for nurses.
The competition bill does not contain rules on balances
