Although spring onions can be sown almost all year round, there is a method that makes the vegetables grow even faster.
You need the following things for this:
A knife
A bunch of organic spring onions
A kitchen gum
A yoghurt pot or a small saucepan
Water
Cut the spring onions as usual.
However, as soon as you arrive about two to three centimeters from the stalk, put the knife aside.
Tie the white ends of the spring onion roots together with a rubber band and place the roots in a little water.
Onions grow back on the windowsill, in the greenhouse or on the balcony within a few days to weeks and can be harvested again.
